FAQS for Living Social, Groupon and Prepaid Customers:

All appointment requests must be submitted online using our online registration form. You will be able to submit your preferred appointment dates and times and one of our agents will be in contact with you to confirm. Please note: the first availability is at least 2-5 business days from today. We do not accept same-day appointment requests. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday appointments may be available immediately. We are closed on weekends.


What makes Top Quality Clean special?
Our Housekeepers are professionally trained, courteous, prompt and very friendly. Our cleanings are very thorough and we pay close attention to detail. During your pre-paid hour cleaning, we will try our best to exceed your expectations and provide you with top quality service.

What is included in the house cleaning?
Please note, 1 Housekeeper will be assigned to your cleaning. Our Housekeepers are prepared to provide you with Top Quality Service! For Living Social, this certificate entitles you to a house cleaning for up to 3 rooms. For all other deals, please refer to the fine print, and the number of hours/rooms pre-purchased. Cleanings can include bathtubs/shower, toilets, sinks, making beds, wiping down reachable ceiling fans, sweep/mop, vacuuming, etc... Unless otherwise instructed the Housekeeper will be prepared to provide you with the Full Service cleaning as described on our Services page (click here).
This cleaning does not include cleaning the inside of your oven, or refrigerator. These services are an additional charge which will need to be scheduled separately/during a following visit, and payment should be made directly to Top Quality Clean (not cash to the Housekeeper). Since all home sizes vary, we ask that include your main areas of concern in the comments section when you schedule your cleaning and also let the Housekeeper know what you would like her to focus on so that we can get as much cleaned as possible. Please note that upon arrival, she will listen intently to your cleaning specifications.

Please communicate which areas of your home need the most attention so that we can complete the job to your satisfaction* For Living Social the cleaning is for up to THREE rooms, up to 1000 sq feet. Our normal cleaning time for Living Social deals is 3 hours. Please keep in mind 2 stairwells are considered 1 room). For all other deals, please refer to your certificate to confirm the number of hours for your cleaning.Heavily soiled conditions may require an additional charge to be paid directly to Top Quality Clean.

Which supplies do you provide?
We provide commercial grade house cleaning supplies, which you can find at most grocery stores and supermarkets. If you have any special needs or allergies (especially to pet dander), we suggest that you provide the vacuum as we do service homes with pets. We do not supply specialized supplies such as granite countertop cleaner, marble cleaner, grout cleaner, etc...

What areas do you service?
We service the metro-Atlanta area, no further than 12 miles outside of the perimeter. Please refer to the list of zip codes at the bottom of this page. Please note, if your area code is not listed and you live within 12 miles of the 285 Perimeter, please kindly email us to confirm. We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning request outside of the published coverage area. We do not service Kennesaw, Covington, Douglasville, Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville or any other points outside of a 12 mile radius of I-285!

How many certificates can I purchase?
This offer is valid for 1 certificate per household. You may buy multiple as gifts, but we can only service your home with this offer ONE TIME.

What are the timeframes?

The housekeeper will arrive between one of the following time frames which you select:

Morning 8:00am - 12:00pm

Mid day 12:00pm - 4:00pm

We are closed on weekends. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday appointments are usually available. We are closed on Holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: The Housekeeper will arrive between the hours listed above, this does not mean she will arrive at 8:00 and finish at noon. Due to the magnitude of cleanings, we cannot call you when the Housekeeper is on the way.

I purchased multiple cleaning certificates, can I schedule them all up front?
Certainly! However, you must submit a separate form for each cleaning (just change the date and hit submit, you do not have to re-type all of your information again). Please click here to complete the cleaning request form.

Cancellation policy:
All appointments which are not cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time are subject to a $25 CANCELLATION FEE. Please select a time which is convenient for you or call us in advance to reschedule.


What if I have pets?
Though we love pets, we kindly ask that you put your pets away during the time of the house cleaning, especially dogs. We reserve the right to refuse a cleaning if the pets become an issue for the Housekeeper.

How many Housekeepers are coming?
1 Housekeeper.


Can you call me when you're on the way?
Unfortunately, due to the magnitude of cleanings at this time, we cannot call you when the Housekeeper is on her way. We suggest that you select a time when you will be able to be there or provide us with instructions on how to access your home.

How long will the cleaning take?
Since each home is unique, it is hard to determine exactly how long your house cleaning will take. Normally apartments (under 1000 sq ft) and small townhomes (up to 2000 sq ft) take our cleaning service about 2-4 hours for a standard cleaning. Single family homes take about 3-5 hours depending on square footage. When the Housekeeper arrives, we recommend that you direct her to your main areas of concern. We will attempt to clean as much of the home as possible. Our cleaning time will be up to 3 hours.

If your house is over 3000 sq ft, a house cleaning for a home in good standing condition would take about 4-6 hours for 1 housekeeper. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your entire home will be cleaned in 3 hours.

How much is it for more than 3 hours of cleaning?
Our discounted rate for cleanings which exceed the timeframe will be $35.00 per hour. Please note, this rate is lower than our regular rate and must be requested in advance.

Are your Housekeepers licensed, bonded, insured, legal, English speaking?
Yes! All of the above! Our professional staff is highly trained and all have worked in the professional cleaning industry for many years. When Top Quality Clean is at your home, your valuables are safe!

I just had some construction on my home, and theres debris all over the place. Can you get rid of the dry wall and construction dust?
This Living Social or Groupon certificate does NOT cover post construction clean up. Though we will pay attention to special areas, we cannot provide post-construction cleaning, or any other intensive cleaning. Additionally, our Housekeepers cannot lift or push anything more than 15 lbs.

Reminders:

  • The Living Social or Groupon or discounted cleaning expires on the expiration date listed on the voucher! (Normally 4-6 months from date or purchase)
  • One certificate includes 1 Housekeeper 
  • If your home is not in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the cleaning
  • Please put your pets away during the cleaning
  • We cannot call you when the Housekeeper is on her way
  • We do not supply specialized cleaning products (we provide commercial grade cleaning supplies)
  • If you have allergies, especially to pets, please allow us to use your vacuum
  • If you need to cancel your cleaning, please call us 48 hours in advance
  • Housekeepers are not allowed to lift, push or move anything over 15 lbs
  • We will not remove excessive amounts of trash (1-2 kitchen size trash bags is average)
  • We cannot move your furniture to clean behind it
  • The purpose of this offer is to provide you with an introductory cleaning. We suggest subsequent cleanings for more detailed work, which are offered at a discounted rate!
  • In cases of emergencies, or Housekeeper gets lost, we will call you immediately. Please provide us with your mobile number
  • We are closed on Sundays and major Holidays (our phone lines have limited coverage on Saturdays)

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a cleaning if your home is not in good condition.
