What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Top Quality Clean offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it, free of charge.
For Groupon clients, satisfaction guarantee only applies to areas which were cleaned within the Groupon time frame.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Do you provide supplies?

Absolutely! We will provide all supplies. We use commercial name brand products that you know and trust!  Should you have a preference of cleaning products, or have any special cleaner for your floors, granite, etc... please inform us at time of scheduling so that we can be prepared for your cleaning.

Are your Housekeepers experienced?

Ofcourse! We hire only the best! Our Housekeepers are highly trained professionals.  We conduct thorough criminal background checks on all employees.  When Top Quality Clean is at your home, your valuables are secure!

Do I need to be home when you come?

You do not need to be home when we clean. We encourage you to be there to meet your Housekeeper for the first visit at least long enough to do a walk thru of the entire home  .Many customers provide us with a key, or leave the key in a secure location for us. Should you decide to provide us with a key it will be coded and secured when not in use. Customers who use a security alarm frequently assign us a user security code. For apartment and condominium complexes, we typically ask that you lease a key release notice at the leasing office/front desk.

Will I always have the same Housekeeper each time?

We make every effort possible to send the same Housekeeper for all weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients. For most of our house cleanings we send 2 Housekeepers for the initial cleaning, and try to guarantee at least 1 of the 2 Housekeepers for repeated service, so that the person cleaning your home is familiar with your preferences.  For our occasional clients, we make every effort to send the same Housekeeper each time. Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, days off, vacation, etc...  In the event of such an occurrence, we will notify you first, and send a replacement.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 48-Hour notice of cancellation.  We would ask you to let us know as soon as your plans change.  We try to be as flexible as possible. You may reschedule or skip (or even cancel) up to 48 hours before service without charge. If you need to cancel or re-schedule on shorter notice, a $25 re-scheduling /Cancellation Fee will be assessed.
